No. SMBCMS is a fully managed service: we host it on our infrastructure and look after the software updates, backups, monitoring and security patches. Your team only needs a browser and a login — there is nothing to install, configure or restart on your side, and no server knowledge required.

The post is locked while somebody is working in it — the list shows who has it open, so a second editor cannot overwrite the first one's work by accident. On top of that every save keeps a revision, so any previous version can be restored.

Built in — nothing extra to install. Posts, pages, categories, tags, products, shop categories and shop tags are all language-scoped. You can add an empty language or duplicate an existing one — the CMS copies all content, remaps relations and reindexes media for you. Interface strings are translated from inside the admin.

Yes — and we do the work. Posts, pages, products, categories and tags import from CSV or Excel (with a matching export), and content is stored as plain HTML. Tell us where the old site is and we plan and run the migration with you — quoted up front, before we start.
